Ofcom said he went public to avoid any conflict of interest, but it?s thought the real reason is because he has been told he has been shortlisted. Monday was the deadline when the BBC Trust?s headhunters, Egon Zehnder, told applicants whether they would be interviewed. Candidates were warned that those who failed to make the shortlist would hear nothing. Daily Mail sketchwriter Quentin Letts, who applied, admits: ?I haven?t heard from them, so it looks like they may feel able to continue without my services. Unlike that Blairite Birtist Ed Richards, I am from the Right and not a broadcasting insider, so I was certainly starting at the back of the field.? Richards, first tipped here, is seen as the favourite. Tories are said to be keener on BBC head of vision George Entwistle. Interviews are expected as soon as next week.
*The sudden early exit of Sir Ian Gibson as Trinity Mirror chairman on Monday suddenly makes sense now that the editors of the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror, Richard Wallace and Tina Weaver, have been sacked in a shock move this morning. New chairman David Grigson, who stepped up this week, and the rest of the board approved the sackings as it pushes a new seven-day combined print and digital operation. It didn?t take long for Trinity Mirror to make Wallace a ?non-person?. An email sent to him at 10.30am, just minutes after his sacking was announced, bounced back with the message: ?There?s a problem with the recipient?s mailbox.? Grigson is now said to be moving fast to replace departing chief executive Sly Bailey. She is still in the job and devised the seven-day merger.
*BSkyB?s summer party next month will be at a restaurant by the Thames ? in contrast to last year?s splendour at the Foreign Office. Then, the News Corp takeover was set to go through, Sky staff could barely hide their delight at the prospect of their shares vesting, and James Murdoch and News International chief Rebekah Brooks both attended. Now Sky can?t put enough distance between itself and News Corp, its 39% shareholder, and the idea of a company linked to the Murdochs hosting a party on government property is unthinkable.
*Richard Desmond?s Channel 5 is claiming Celebrity Big Brother has helped the broadcaster win its biggest increase in terrestrial (ie, non-satellite) viewers aged 16-34 in a decade. Figures for the first four months of 2012 are said to show this young demographic is up 16%. C5?s ABC1 audiences are also up 12% ? said to be the largest rise of any terrestrial network in 10 years. But according to Broadcast magazine, C5?s overall audience share is marginally down on 2011.
*A sign glossy magazines are feeling the pinch ? or prudent pruning? Hearst, formerly NatMags, is selling travel-lifestyle magazine Coast to niche group Kelsey Publishing. Hearst is also transferring the licence to publish women?s mag Pyschologies to the same firm. Hearst recently bought a raft of titles from Hachette and says it wants to focus on its core portfolio which includes Good Housekeeping, Harpers Bazaar and Esquire. But life isn?t so easy judging by the fact the editors of Esquire and Harpers both quit in the space of 18 months to join the commercial world of branded content at Net A Porter.

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) ? Israel on Thursday handed over to the Palestinian government the remains of 91 militants who had been killed while carrying out suicide bombings and other attacks in an effort to renew long-stalled peace talks.
The bodies had been buried in coffins in Israel and were dug up for the transfer. Seventy-nine were transported to Ramallah, which is run by the Palestinian Authority, and 12 to the Hamas-run Gaza Strip, which is run by the rival Islamic militant group Hamas.
Israeli officials handed over the remains to Palestinian liaisons in the Jordan Valley, according to Palestinian official Salem Khileh.
"We hope that this humanitarian gesture will serve both as a confidence-building measure and help get the peace process back on track," Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said. "Israel is ready for the immediate resumption of peace talks without any preconditions whatsoever."
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas gave no sign that the gesture would persuade him to return to talks.
The "major obstacles to resuming negotiations" were Israel's refusal to freeze all settlement construction in the West Bank and east Jerusalem, and the need to negotiate on the basis of the lines Israel held before capturing those territories in 1967, he said Thursday in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
Palestinians see those areas as the core of a future state that would also include Gaza. Israel rejects that demand.
Israeli-Palestinian talks stalled more than three years ago and have failed to take off again despite U.S. mediation, primarily because of the dispute over settlement construction.
The transfer of the bodies came a day after Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Israel cannot wait forever to reach accord, suggesting the government could consider taking unilateral action.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Thursday that unilateral action isn't a substitute for Israeli-Palestinian negotiations on a two-state solution. She also told reporters in Denmark that prospects have improved with the emergence of a new Israeli coalition government under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Dozens of Islamic Jihad fighters and families holding framed pictures of their dead relatives welcomed the 12 coffins as they entered Gaza, draped with Palestinian national flags that were then presented to families. Women ululated and threw rice and sugar over the coffins. Hamas police officers fired 21 shots into the air in salute.
Thousands spilled into Gaza's streets for the funeral procession, many stopping to mark a moment of silence. Islamic Jihad fighters armed with machine guns and hand grenades wore white robes and masks ? clothes meant to symbolize the martyrdom of the suicide bombers.
All 91 returned were killed carrying out attacks on Israeli targets, Palestinian officials said. At least one of the attacks dated back to the 1970s.
Two armed men, clad in black uniforms and bandanas, kissed the forehead of a suicide bomber's mother as the vehicle carrying his body arrived. Her 21-year-old son, Ramzi Obaied of Islamic Jihad, killed 24 Israelis in a 1996 attack in Tel Aviv.
"My son was a hero," said the black-clad woman, who identified herself as Um Hidar. "The enemy feared him even after his death, for they kept his body."
Mirvat Zaoul's husband, Mohammed Zaoul, killed four Israelis in a 2004 suicide attack in Jerusalem. She said she thought her 11-year-old son would be sad to hear that his father's remains would be returned to the West Bank.
"But he was happy," she said. "He said, 'I'm going to visit his grave every day and put a flower there for him.'"

Move a Chicagoan to San Diego and soon he'll forget the wind, sleet and snow and start complaining when the temperature drops below 60 degrees. Relations between Israel and the United States are warmer under President Obama than under previous administrations, yet we hear that the President has a "Jewish problem." The problem is not Obama, but us: In only three years, we've lost historic perspective. We're criticizing Obama for what would have gone unnoticed in other administrations..
Gerald Ford and Henry Kissinger threatened to "reassess" America's relationship with Israel. Obama has declared that America's bond with Israel is "unbreakable," and Israeli Defense
Minister, Ehud Barak credited Obama for the strongest relationship between the two countries ever. Ronald Reagan suspended arms shipments to Israel and supported a UN resolution criticizing Israel for bombing Iraq's nuclear reactor. Obama secretly sold Israel the bunker busting bombs it requested during the Bush administration and cast the only UN veto of his administration against the one-sided anti-Israel UN Security Council resolution on settlements.
George W. Bush pressured Israel to allow Hamas to participate in Gaza elections and made little progress in stopping Iran's march toward nuclear weapons. Obama has not negotiated with Hamas. He has mobilized the international community to impose the toughest sanctions ever against Iran and flat-out declared that that he will not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons, saying no options are off the table.
Obama's pro-Israel accomplishments compare favorably with any Republican president. Yet we keep complaining.
We say he hasn't visited Israel as president, forgetting that Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton are the only two presidents who visited Israel during their first terms in office. George W. Bush did not visit Israel until his seventh year as president. Ronald Reagan never visited in his entire life. Obama went to Israel as recently as 2006 and 2008. We complain that the Obama administration criticizes Israel's settlement policy, forgetting that every administration since 1967 has criticized Israel's settlement policy. But unlike George H.W. Bush, Obama never threatened to withhold U.S. aid to Israel because of settlement activity; instead, Obama has taken U.S. financial assistance to Israel to record levels. We complain about imagined slights to Prime Minister Netanyahu, forgetting that when the chips were down, Obama came through for Israel and Netanyahu.
When Israel asked for help fighting the Carmel forest fires, President Obama's response was "get Israel whatever it needs. Now."
In September 2011, when the late-night call came from Israel to Obama asking for help in rescuing the Israelis trapped in the Egyptian embassy, Netanyahu himself called it a "decisive and fateful moment, ?recalling that Obama "said 'I will do everything I can.' And he did."
The list goes on and on. Obama opposed the Goldstone Report, stood with Israel against the Gaza flotilla, boycotted Durban II and Durban III, and successfully derailed Palestinian attempts to unilaterally declare statehood at the UN. He's done more than any president to thwart Iran's nuclear ambitions.
Yet despite the facts, despite the historic perspective, it's almost as if some of us want Obama to be anti-Israel because that would validate our worst fears.
Attacking Obama on Israel is like attacking John Kerry on his personal military record. The Swift Boat campaign worked because Kerry and his supporters were too slow to take it seriously and fight fiction with facts. The result was four more years of George W. Bush.
Maybe it's our nature to complain. But President Obama's words and deeds prove that he is not only a strong friend of Israel, but that he is willing to stand up for Israel publicly and behind the scenes. That's what matters, and that's why most Jews will again vote for Obama in 2012.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. ? Firefighters are battling a massive wildfire in southwestern New Mexico that has destroyed a dozen cabins and spread smoke across the state, prompting holiday weekend air-quality warnings.
The fire burned early Saturday through remote and rugged terrain around the Gila Wilderness and has grown to 85,000 acres or more than 130 square miles.
The heavy smoke apparently disoriented six hikers Friday, prompting the New Mexico National Guard to carry out a rescue.
Col. Michael Montoya said one of them had an injured knee and had to be taken to safety by ambulance. The others were able to walk to a secure area.
More than 500 firefighters are battling the blaze that resulted from the merger earlier this week of two lightning-sparked fires. Fire officials say nearly all of the growth has come in recent days due to relentless winds.
The blaze has destroyed 12 cabins and seven small outbuildings, and the privately owned ghost town of Mogollon was placed under a voluntary evacuation order.
The strong winds pushed ash from the blaze 35 to 40 miles away, while smoke from the giant fire spread across the state and into Arizona. The haze blocked views of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, and a smell of smoke permeated the air throughout northern New Mexico.
Health officials as far away as Albuquerque and Santa Fe issued alerts for the holiday weekend, advising people to limit outdoor activities, keep windows closed.
They said the effects on most people would be minor but noted mild throat and eye irritation or allergy-like symptoms could be expected. Officials warned people with heart and lung conditions to be especially diligent in minimizing their exposure to the smoky air.
Meanwhile, in Colorado, officials said heavy air tankers and thousands of firefighters were on standby Friday as fire managers kept a close watch on high winds and hot temperatures at the start of Memorial Day weekend. Fire danger remains high in the southern Colorado foothills and the South Park area.
Two heavy air tankers have been taken to Grand Junction in western Colorado, where the fire danger is highest, U.S. Forest Service spokesman Steve Segin said.
"We?ve got the resources. We?ve got the firefighters," Segin said. "We?re ready."
The National Weather Service said wind gusts could reach 70 mph Saturday in some western Colorado valleys, with sustained winds of 25 to 40 mph. Most of eastern Colorado also was under a high-wind watch, with sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph and gusts up to 55 mph possible Saturday.
In Southern California, firefighters worked to corral a wildfire that has chewed through 3,100 acres of tinder-dry grass and light brush since it broke out Thursday afternoon east of Julian.
On Friday, the fire forced about 50 people to evacuate an RV park in San Diego County. It earlier prompted the evacuation of about 100 homes in the Shelter Valley area, but residents were allowed to return late Thursday.
The fire was 20 percent contained, said Nick Schuler, battalion chief for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. No injuries or damage to structures were reported.

So the complicated relationship to which I have been alluding for about 8 months now has come crumbling to the ground.
This time, however, it was not the usual he's driving me crazy; he met someone else; we don't want the same things; he can't commit kind of relationship ending with which I have far too much some experience.
This time, the decision was taken out of my hands entirely; out of even his hands to a great extent. How can that be? Well, he was Indian. An only son. Which I have come to understand means that he comes as a package, closely bound with mum, dad and sister at the heart; extended family after that; and the wider Indian community beyond that.
He was lovely. Super lovely. Easy to be around, gentle-natured, funny and kind. Very cute. He'd been living in Melbourne for nearly 4 years; he had an accent but dressed like a local. I was wary at first about the age gap and the cultural difference, but that melted away soon enough as I spent more time with him and found him to be thoughtful and open-minded. I introduced him to my family, who welcomed him with open arms. We became closer after that, talking about everything and sharing our histories, marvelling at the many overlaps in our personalities and interests despite our very different upbringings. I still had concerns, especially after doing a bit of research online and coming across many forums detailing the stories of western women who had had their hearts broken by Indian men. Nervous about becoming one of those women, I asked him to tell his parents about me, and being a lovely bloke, he did.
I think it's fair to say that they freaked the f*ck out.
Not only was I not Indian, I was 5 years older than him. I might as well have been an eight-headed monster shooting laser beams from my eyes.
It was awful. We talked and cried and tried to break up and got back together and cried and talked some more. We decided we both cared enough about each other to try to stay together despite his parents extreme disapproval, deciding that he would talk with them more in the hope that they might come around.
A further four months down the track - four months of agonising, talking through various scenarios,? negative horoscope readings, and long-distance arguments with his parents culminating in a visit to Mumbai - it became apparent that they were not coming around, and that his continuing to be with me was causing a major rift in his family and he couldn't bear it anymore.
That was the end of us.
* * * * * * *
What have I taken away from this?
1. Cross cultural relationships are really difficult, sometimes impossibly so. I was naive; even after I became aware how common this scenario is, I was hopeful that we would somehow be exempt.
2. If you're thinking about dating a man from a traditional Indian background, meet his family first. They will be the ones who decide your fate.
3. And finally: be thankful to have been raised in an enlightened country where we take our freedom and independence for granted.
This news slipped through the cracks a bit because there was more pressing news to cover, but even though it is a couple days old, we thought it worth mentioning. Apparently, there is a rumor that Microsoft will start offering their Microsoft Office Suite on Android and iOS sometime the year. Supposedly, Microsoft is planning for a November launch of the mobile version of their Office product.
The sources of this story indicated that they have actually seen the product running on tablets, although Microsoft has categorically denied that the app exists. This report seems to back up previous rumors that Microsoft may be planning this move. Who knows why they would deny it, other than they want to make their future marketing campaign more cost effective. We will keep you informed if we find out more.
* Renesas plans to sell system chip plant, mobile unit -source
* Taiwan's TSMC plans to buy north Japan chip plant -Nikkei
* Renesas hopes to raise more than $1.3 billion for restructuring
* To cut payroll by 12,000 via plant sales, redundancies
By Maki Shiraki and Taiga Uranaka
TOKYO, May 26 (Reuters) - Japanese chipmaker Renesas Electronics Corp plans to sell off loss-making operations and cut its payroll by at least 12,000, a source close to the matter told Reuters on Saturday, as the company battles high costs and nimbler foreign rivals.
Sources also confirmed that Renesas, the world's largest maker of microcontroller chips for cars, aims to raise more than 100 billion yen ($1.3 billion) to pay for restructuring costs and will take the plan to Hitachi Ltd and its other major shareholders as early as next week.
The Nikkei business daily reported on Saturday that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co plans to buy a Renesas chip plant at Tsuruoka, in northern Japan, as part of the plan, although the sources did not confirm this.
Renesas could not be reached for comment. TSMC spokeswoman Elizabeth Sun declined to comment on the report, saying the company does not comment on market rumours.
Renesas said last week it would form a tie-up with TSMC, which already counts Renesas as one of its clients, but declined to give details ahead of a formal announcement due on Monday.
Renesas has posted cumulative net losses of nearly $6 billion over the past seven years as it struggles to keep up with South Korea's Samsung Electronics and others in an expensive race to build ever smaller and faster chips.
Hobbled by a strong yen and forced to close eight of its factories after natural disasters in Japan and Thailand last year, Renesas has said it would hammer out a restructuring scheme by July.
Renesas has presented a plan to its major lenders that would cut its payroll by at least 12,000, including 5,000 voluntary redundancies, the source close to the matter said.
The sale of the Tsuruoka system chip factory and its Renesas Mobile unit, which makes chips for mobile phones, would remove another 3,100 workers from its payroll, while the remaining reductions would come via natural attrition and restructuring at other facilities, the source said.
The plan would trim its payroll by more than a quarter.
The Tsuruoka plant, which makes system chips that combine processing and other functions on a single sliver of silicon and are used in a range of digital electronics, has been a major burden for Renesas as Japanese consumer electronics makers cut production of TVs and other products.
Renesas was formed over the past decade via successive mergers of the chip units of Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric , and NEC Corp.
Mitsubishi Electric, whose earnings along with Hitachi have been bolstered by strong results in the infrastructure business and limited exposure to consumer electronics, said last week that Renesas's shareholders were prepared to offer support.
But NEC, whose chip division was merged into Renesas just two years ago, has been hit with steep losses in recent years as its mobile handset and IT hardware businesses struggle.
Renesas shares have lost more than half their value over the past two months as worries mounted about the company's operations, while Tokyo's benchmark Nikkei average is down 15 percent.

If you want to make space travel truly affordable and turn it into a mainstream business, you have to do better than the conventional single-use designs that have been a standard for decades.
Reusability is a major step in that direction, but as we?ve seen with the Space Shuttle, reusability doesn?t necessarily bring affordability?not when hundreds of hours of refurbishment is required between flights.
With that in mind, XCOR Aerospace has been developing rocket components that are not only reusable, but also as?serviceable?as ordinary automotive parts. It?s all about making space travel as commonplace as any other mode of transportation. Which would, of course, change everything. Passenger rocket flights have the potential to make the Concord look like the Wright Flyer.
A key piece of the technology puzzle, as XCOR engineers see it, is fuel and?oxidizer?pumps. Their latest innovation, announced today, is a liquid oxygen piston pump. ?The ability to ensure low cost and easy, repeatable manufacturing of critical pump technology over a 30 to 40 year product lifecycle is a major factor in why we chose this piston pump technology,? said Andrew Nelson, XCOR Chief Operating Officer in a press release.
The device will go into the company?s Lynx suborbital rocket plane, which XCOR CEO Jeff Greason has told me could begin flight testing as soon as this year.
Personal development is a process of individual self-development and the development of others. At the level of the individual, personal development includes goals, plans or actions oriented towards one or more of the following aims:
WASHINGTON?? Global warming is rescuing the once-rare brown Argus butterfly, scientists say.
Man-made climate is threatening the existence of many species, such as the giant polar bear. But in the case of the small drab British butterfly, it took a species in trouble and made it thrive.
It's all about food. Over about 25 years, the butterfly went from in trouble to pushing north in Britain where it found a veritable banquet. Now the butterfly lives in twice as large an area as it once did and is not near threatened, according to a study in Friday's issue of the journal Science.
Decades ago, the brown Argus "was sort of a special butterfly that you would have to go to a special place to see and now it's a butterfly you can see in regular farmland or all over the place," said study co-author Richard Fox, an ecologist at Butterfly Conservation, a science and advocacy group in the United Kingdom.

Global warming helping the brown Argus is unusual compared to other species and that's why scientists are studying it more, said study co-author Jane Hill, a professor of ecology at the University of York.
Biologists expect climate change to create winners and losers in species. Stanford University biologist Terry Root, who wasn't part of this study, estimated that for every winner like the brown Argus there are three loser species, like the cuckoo bird in Europe. Hill agreed that it's probably a three-to-one ratio of climate change losers to winners.
As the world warms, the key interactions between species break down because the predator and prey may not change habitats at the same time, meaning some species will move north to cooler climes and won't find enough to eat, Root said.
"There are just so many species that are going to go extinct," Root said.
What makes the brown Argus different is that it found something new to eat, something even better than its old food, the less common rockrose plant, Hill said. The new food is a geranium and it is more widespread.
"It's almost like the whole of the buffet is now open to it," Hill said.

The Brain
Scientists are still unclear about how to control bad moods. In one study done they found increased activity in the ventromedial prefrontal cortex which is located right behind the right eye, this could lead to helping people with depression and other mental health issues, but for now, there needs to be more studies done before scientist can say for sure.
There is also a discussion with psychologists over the believe that, ego depletion creates a bad mood, which means when you are faced with a situation which causes stress and you try to avoid reacting, your energy physical drains your brain and causes you to feel irritated. These types of situations can also happen when you are trying to void temptation; for example; certain foods, if you are on a diet or trying to avoid spending money if you feel like it is not in your budget. Everyone has a threshold for handling stress and when you move pass that threshold you become irritable. When this happens there is a domino effect with your mental and physical self, the metal effects are negative thoughts and beliefs that create more of the same negatively in your mind, while the physical effects are an increase in your blood pressure and heart rate, which can also increase the stress hormone cortisol. While all of this is happening there is also a spiritual aspect that is being effective as well.
Learning how to control a bad mood is something that can be done and should be done, because as I stated above there are server consequences when you allow your mood run your life. Bad moods can also create mental illness, which leads to a narrow view of the world, which will have a direct impact on creating any kind of success or happiness in your life.
I believe you can control and should control your mood. Below I will discuss 14 ways in which you can control your mood and release blocks of negative or stagnant energy.
The first 5 will be the most obvious and easiest to do.
Food- There has been a lot of scientific study done on the foods we eat. The research shows that eating as much unprocessed food is the way to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Look at your diet cut out the junk and replace it with veggies and fruit. Do not buy foods that have preservatives, dies, or artificial flavors in them. These types? of chemicals can react with your body chemistry in a negative way and should be avoided at all costs.
Sleep- Sleep is accentual to our 3 part being. If you have a hard time with getting to sleep or staying asleep than start to investigate, why; create a sleep chart and start making notes on your sleep patterns.? Are you able to fall asleep and then go through periods of night waking or do you have a hard time falling asleep? Create another chart on your daily actives; write down what you ate, and drank and how much caffeine and water you are consuming. Are you watching T.V. before bed? Do you feel stressed before bed? With a little investigation you should be able to pin point why you are having trouble sleeping.
Reduce Stress- If you are constantly having one stressful day after another than it is time to identify the stress and take action to reduce it. Sounds simple, and I know it?s not, but if you are around by situations that bring you stress, than you must figure out how you can change it. Remember you are the only person who can truly protect yourself and your mood.
Meditation- I am a big fan of meditation and hopefully you are enjoying the meditations that I have been sending you through this self help program. Meditation is the key to a better life. It releases stress and helps brain development which inherently causes an all around good feeling and better moods.
Envisioning Exercises- The more you can develop your creative visualization skills the more you will control your moods and your life. Being able to use visualization allows you to implement positive thinking everyday which can help you to avoid a bad mood in the first place and protects you from negatively in the future.
Relaxing music- Listening to relaxing music will relax your mind and make it much easier for you to get into meditation and be able to use visualization plus it helps with getting a better night sleep. There are scientific studies done on music as well and I assure you that listening to music that is composted of calm and relaxing sounds creates that same calm within you.
Bubble bath- Soaking in a warm bath can and does wash away stress by relaxing your muscles. It raises your body temperature which can make you feel comfortable like cuddling in your favorite blanket. Add a few drops of an essential oil, turn on some relaxing music and let your mind unwind, your mind and body will feel better.
Massage- Having a massage done releases tension and pockets of stress within your body. Plus there is scientific research that supports the fact that we all need touch. Having a massage done can greatly improve your mood.
Intense Exercise- I now a have said this before and I am going to properly keep on saying this, but exercise is great for many things and that includes helping you shake a bad mood. When you do intense exercise you have to focus on what you are doing which stops you from thinking about whatever created your bad mood. It also gets your heart pumping moving blood to all of your important organs, including your brain. As you breathe heavy; oxygen is also being pumped into your heart, lungs and brain which causes the releasing endorphins, which are chemicals in your brain that make you feel good.
Avoid the News- If you are in a bad mood please turn off the news. There is so much negative energy being reported on the news stations every day, there is no need to watch something that is going to bring you further into a bad mood.
Triggers- We all have triggers that set us off, Right? The best way to deal with triggers is to avoid them and create affirmations to move them right out of your mind.
Example; If you fall into a mood because a friend calls and asks you to go to lunch and you don?t have the money to do so, ask them if they would like to come over to your house for lunch, then allow yourself a few minutes to let go of the negative feelings that surfaced from not being able to go to lunch. Tell yourself that it is divine perfection that you can?t go and that you are meant to say home and enjoy your friends company. You can tell yourself many reasons why having lunch in your home is better than going out, none of which need to have anything to do with money.
EFT- I have not talked to much about this technique for enriching your life but this is a tried and true way to release blocks of energy, I use it and I know it works every time. In a nut shell EFT in a technique used for tapping certain meridian points in the body. At the end of this quick guide there will be a link to a free EFT manual for further study on the emotional freedom technique. This manual is from Dale Craig it is very in depth and explains what you need to know on how and why EFT works so well.
Charka Clearing- Negative thoughts and beliefs block the flow of your energy. When you are in a bad mood these blocked areas in and around you intensify making it harder for you to let go of your bad mood while also making it easier for your mood to come back. Clearing your charkas is easy to do and should be done on a weekly base. You can find guided meditations that clear and re-balance your charkas.
Stop pointing fingers! One of the biggest pit falls for staying in a bad mood is, blame. I am in a bad mood because of ???Blame???? Blame???. Blame????????.
Life does not always go as planned, the only thing you need to remember is that you may not like what happens in your life at times, but it is your choice, and only your choice, in how you deal with it and feel about it!
Controlling your mood is a vital piece in the puzzle of getting the life you want. A bad mood drains your energy, messes with your focus, depletes your empowerment, attracts more negative energy?s and circumstances that will surround you, making it more difficult for you to free yourself from it.
If you struggle with mood swings then it is time to start creating a plan to stop bad moods from happening. I have struggled with mood swings for most of my life. I have used medication and therapy in my early 20?s to control them. Now in my early 40?s I know myself much more and I am able to use the techniques I talked about above to control my mood, with more success than when I was on medication.
Why? Because I am more aware now and I stopped Blame! You can do it too, become more aware of how you are feeling and immediately take action! Don?t hesitate, the longer you do the longer you will be dragged into your mood making it that much more difficult for you to get out!
There are at least a 1000 ways to Control a bad mood.? And probably a Millions things you can learn about, once you start to ask questions and try new things. There is something out there for you.
