Terror Attack Averted ? Terrorists Throws Pipe Bombs and Flees

16:58 IL: A terrorist seeking to bring four pipe bombs into ?Israel proper? at the Hashmonaim Checkpoint near Modi?in Illit was detected. It appears he panicked and threw the bag containing the explosive devices on the ground towards soldiers and fled.
Bomb demolition technicians arrived and on the scene to neutralize the bombs, which was accomplished baruch Hashem without incident. The terrorist who threw the bag?was not apprehended.
